What is the due date for Phase-2/Year-2 SOWs?

All SOWs for YR-2 are due the week of May 23, 2011 and no later than May 27, 2011. If SOWs are not received by this date they will not receive SAB review the following week and this will hold the release of funds for YR-2. If you foresee an issue submitting the SOW by the deadline, contact the project coordinator immediately.
